I ordered 2 sofa sets in September of 2023. I was told it will take 1 month to make. I gave them ample time. I received a message November 28,2023 that my sofas are ready to be shipped out if I approve. I said everything looks good. I was told my agent should receive it the next day. I placed so many orders during this time that I didn’t keep track if my agent had received them. my sofas were being shipped out to Africa for an event in May 2024. It takes 45 days to arrive by sea and 2 weeks to get out of customs. I asked the seller on 3/9/2024 where my sofas were because I have yet to receive them. she told me again that my agent received them on 11/30/2023. I asked my agent who said he didn’t receive anything. my seller checked again, only to found out, the warehouse NEVER SENT THEM!!! Here I am on 3/10/2024 fighting against time. no compensation whatsoever…just I am sorry. saying I am disappointed is an understatement.
